Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when you try to cut down or stop gambling.
Gambling as a way to escape stress, anxiety, depression, or other emotional difficulties.
Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities because of time spent gambling.
Borrowing money from friends, family, or taking loans specifically to fund gambling activities.
Failed multiple attempts to set limits on your own gambling without external support.
Feeling a sense of guilt, shame, or regret after gambling sessions but returning anyway.
