If you are found to be ineligible, your account will be suspended and any winnings accrued during the ineligible period may be forfeited at 55cae's sole discretion. Deposits made during such periods will be returned to the original payment method after deduction of applicable processing costs.
Each player may maintain only one (1) active account on 55cae at any time. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact email address and mobile number. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 55cae shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials. In accordance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, 55cae operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to provide identity documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, prior to any withdrawal, or following unusual account activity.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, as a fraud prevention measure. 55cae does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

55cae reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal that triggers fraud screening protocols or requires additional verification under its AML policy. In such cases, the affected player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide supporting documentation.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 55cae promotions unless otherwise stated:
Any attempt to circumvent bonus terms — including multi-accounting, use of bots, matched betting with low-risk combinations, or other forms of bonus abuse — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure. 55cae's determination of bonus abuse is final.
All sports betting markets on 55cae — including cricket (PSL, T20I, ODI, Test), and other sports — are governed by 55cae's individual sport and market rules, which are available within the relevant betting interface. In cases of ambiguity, 55cae's interpretation of market rules is final.
Casino games (live dealer tables, slots, and digital table games) are governed by the respective game rules displayed within each game interface. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
55cae reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: technical errors causing incorrect odds display, match abandonment, confirmed match-fixing investigation, or clear pricing errors that constitute an obvious mistake. In the event of a bet voiding, the original stake is returned to the player's Real Money Balance.
Bets that have been confirmed and accepted at the time of market settlement shall stand unless they fall within the voiding conditions described above. 55cae does not accept liability for losses arising from a player's misinterpretation of market terms or game rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55cae platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the 55cae platform — including but not limited to the 55cae brand name, logo, website design, user interface, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, written content, images, graphics, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 55cae or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 55cae platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 55cae content without prior written authorisation.
Game software displayed on the 55cae platform is licensed from third-party game studios and remains the intellectual property of those studios. Any attempt to copy, extract, or reverse-engineer game software is a violation of both this Agreement and the applicable third-party licence terms.
55cae collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at 55cae.net/privacy-policy.
By registering on 55cae, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC/AML compliance purposes, personalisation of the gaming experience, and communication of relevant promotional offers (subject to your marketing preferences).
55cae will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios (for technical support purposes), and regulatory authorities where legally required.

55cae's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rs 50,000, whichever is lower.
55cae does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or malicious code. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. 55cae will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
55cae accepts no liability for losses arising from: third-party payment provider failures or delays; interruptions to internet connectivity on the player's end; force majeure events; or errors in odds caused by obvious data feed failures where the error was evident to a reasonable observer.
55cae reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon account closure for reasons other than self-exclusion, any verified Real Money Balance (net of applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to the player's last-used Approved Payment Method within 10 business days, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may contact 55cae support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any active bonuses are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
55cae reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the 55cae platform no less than 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.
Where a player does not accept the amended Terms, they must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of their Real Money Balance within the 14-day notice period. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the amendments constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms.
Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter player rights or obligations, and updates required by regulatory instruction — may take effect immediately without the 14-day notice requirement.

Prior to initiating formal dispute proceedings, you must submit a written complaint to 55cae at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. 55cae will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect against imminent irreparable harm.
